Solutions to Our Energy Problem

In order to solve our energy crisis we have to start by asking what we need the energy for in the first place. If we need energy to transport goods and people, we should do as much local commerce as humanly possible. If we use our energy to travel quickly, we should travel on slower forms of transportation. I do not see the point in rushing to get any place. As we reduce the amount of energy that we waste, we can transition from ripping the planet apart for energy to using the sun. Everyone knows that solar energy is better for all involved, but the rulers are against it. Maybe those in charge do not want to admit that the Aton was the right way all the time. The rulers hate the fact that the primary people are correct.
